Shipping Policy
1. General Information (Made-to-Order)
We do not carry physical stock; all products are made to order specifically for you.
Your order is subject to material availability. If we encounter issues sourcing materials needed for your order, we will notify you and promptly refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK). We are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method you select at checkout.
To find out how much your order will cost:
1: Add the items you would like to purchase to your basket.
2: Proceed to the checkout page.
3: Shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you finalise your payment.
• We offer free shipping on all orders over £225.
4. Order Processing Time (Production Time)
Because all of our products are made to order, all orders are processed (i.e., manufactured) within 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). This production time is required before your item is ready to be shipped.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK bank holidays.
5. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail next day guaranteed delivery, however we cannot control any delays that are caused as a result of postage delays.
6. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
7. Damages
The Meadow Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
However, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We are happy to assist you in this process; please contact us at contact@unifieddesign.co.uk
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If you suspect your package is lost or has been stolen, please contact us immediately at contact@unifieddesign.co.uk. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
